Each year, the Asian Pacific State Employees Association (APSEA) Foundation awards educational scholarships to students in the greater Sacramento region.

Over the last 13 years, the APSEA Foundation has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships. Scholarship applications are currently being accepted for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Applicants must meet four minimum requirements:
• Demonstrate involvement in the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community;
• Be currently enrolled as a high school senior in good academic standing (2.5 GPA or above);
• Reside and attend school in one the following six counties: (1) Sacramento, (2) San Joaquin, (3) Solano, (4) Sutter, (5) Yolo, (6) Yuba; and
• Attend a four-year university/college, community college, or vocational school in the 2021-2022 academic year.
