Visiting the Nokotsudo
Available by appointment only during Covid-19 restrictions
Reservations are now being accepted for private, 30-minute visits to the Nokotsudo at the Buddhist Church of Sacramento. As long as Sacramento County remains in the Red/”Substantial” Tier or better, up to six guests may enter together.
Thank you for your understanding as we planned and then waited for Sacramento County to move out of the Purple/”Widespread” Tier. Though the Office remains closed, we look forward to families being able to visit their loved ones.
The safety and well-being of visitors and staff are our priority. Until we are free of COVID-19 restrictions, safety protocols and procedures developed by the Betsuin’s Reopening Committee are in place (See attachment, ”Procedures for Visiting the Nokotsudo”).
Here is the link to submit a reservation request: https://forms.gle/KetDj6sgfa8a1eCE6. Your appointment will be confirmed via email. Please allow 48 hours for confirmation.
We have created a “How to Visit the Nokotsudo” video that you can watch HERE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iMacopnNbQ
