In this talk, Koichi shares the story of his wife’s sudden battle with a rare and life-threatening blood disorder and the emotional journey that followed. From fear and uncertainty to moments of helplessness, he reflects on what it means to face circumstances beyond our control

This presentation explores how we process stress and trauma, the hidden weight of trying to carry everything alone, and the critical importance of opening ourselves to others.

It is an invitation to reflect, to connect, and to reconsider how we respond not only to suffering, but to the support that surrounds us.
