Be Part of the Tradition - Volunteer at Our 80th Annual Bazaar
For 80 years, the Buddhist Church of Sacramento's Japanese Food & Cultural Bazaar has brought our community together to celebrate Japanese culture, delicious food, entertainment, and friendship. While thousands of guests enjoy the day each year, the Bazaar is only possible because of over hundreds of volunteers who generously give their time.
Whether you've volunteered for decades or this will be your first Bazaar, we'd love to have you join us.
There are opportunities for everyone—individuals, families, students, and community groups. No experience is necessary. From food preparation and serving guests to helping with setup, cleanup, games, every volunteer plays an important role in making the day a success.
Volunteering is also one of the best ways to reconnect with friends, meet new people, and create lasting memories while supporting the Buddhist Church of Sacramento and helping preserve a tradition that has been part of our community for eight decades.
Even a few hours of your time can make a tremendous difference.
