Yoga and Buddhism Community Gathering
Beyond the Poses: A Path to Clarity
When we hear “yoga,” many of us think only of stretching, balance, and poses. But the essence of yoga goes far deeper. At our upcoming Yoga and Buddhism Gathering, we’ll explore how mindful breathing, movement, and meditation can open the mind, clear inner noise, and create space where deeper understanding and caring can enter.
This gathering is not simply about exercise and poses—it’s about connection: with your body, your breath, and the Dharma. Together, we’ll discover how these ancient practices complement each other, helping us live with greater clarity, calm, and awareness. Experience with yoga poses is not required to participate and this event is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities.
Come join this special multi-temple yoga and buddhism community gathering with Bob Matsueda, Rev. Bob Oshita, Emeritus, Rev. Patti Oshita, Rev. Yuki Sugahara, and Rev. Noritaka Imada.
Learn to breathe, move, meditate and hear the dharma to nurture both body and mind.
